Tai chi and Qi gong are exercises that promote health, flexibility, stability, longevity, and well-being. Based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and philosophy, these arts build new vitality and deep relaxation with continued practice and age.

- Regular class cancelled on Sunday, May 17th. Instead, a special tai chi workshop will be held featuring Sifu Dug Corpolongo at the Andrea McCoy Rec Center in New Bedford, 12-2pm! Contact [email protected] to participate. $40/person.
